Joey Lotivio

Joey handles equipment installation and handover training, as well as repairs, technical support and servicing for all our clients’ equipment.

He holds a restricted electrical licence and has been working as a Medvet Concepts technician for over 4.5 years.

When training clients on using their equipment or troubleshooting problems over the phone, he has a patient, easy to understand demeanour that allow clients to quickly solve their problems.
