Melissa Roberts

Managing the sales and marketing side of Medvet Concepts, Melissa helps the team provide great customer service and training for our clients.

As part of the family business for 15 years, Melissa used her Bachelor of Management and previous corporate experience to systemise the organisation, enabling it to grow into the company it is today.

She has since established the sales department, and in the process completed training from our equipment manufacturers so that she is well-versed in anything our clients need to know.

Melissa gets the most satisfaction from seeing our clients achieve their goals through the use of Medvet Concepts equipment or the support of our team. Whether it’s assisting with sales enquiries or booking in a service, she finds every client problem she solves rewarding.
